Kudos to this judge!

Remember James Holmes? Some day the Aurora theater gunman will come to trial. A judge ruled yesterday that information he gave the police about bombs in his apartment could be presented at his trial, despite the fact that Holmes had asked for an attorney to be present. The judge, in a common sense ruling, said the urgency of discovering and dealing with the bombs was more urgent than Holmes' right to an attorney. Without information from Holmes the police decided to detonate the bombs and burn the entire apartment complex to the ground. Kudos to the judge!
