This is the last thing Denver Broncos want to see. In the 4th quarter of the game with the San Diego Chargers Sunday, Peyton Manning was illegally hit below the knee by a San Diego lineman. No player could be more valuable and indispensable to his team than Manning is to the Broncos.
The Broncos play the undefeated Kansas City Chiefs Sunday night. Manning says he expects to play. He got a M.R.I. today, which seems to be a weekly occurrence for him.
