Remember how the White House closed its doors to public tours, citing cuts to the White House budget? Well, the Obamas did find money to send a MV-22 Osprey, a hybrid aircraft which takes off like a helicopter but flies like a plane, to go get their dog Bo, so he could join them at their August vacation in Martha's Vineyard. Did they forget to take him with them?
