The Chinese want our nuts!

I could not help myself. Please forgive the headline for this post. It just seems appropriate in so many ways. First they wanted our walnuts. Now it's our pecans. The Wall Street Journal tells you everything you want to know here.

But it's not just pecans. Between 2005 and 2010 exports to China of U.S. soybeans, dairy, rice, and fruit juice products more than tripled. Exports of pecans rose more than 20-fold in the same period, according to the Journal article.
