Brotherhood

I am now living in an area of New Mexico in which I am a clear minority. One of the customs of the Hispanic majority here is the expression of brotherhood. Men and teens greet each other with a friendly fistpump and open hand slap and then engage in friendly conversation. I have never seen this as a common theme in the majority white communities I have aways lived in. But here I see it repeated over and over each day. I like it.
