Here are some comments from Ace of Spades' readers about the previous story of Mueller not producing the documents asked for by Judge Sullivan.

I thought POTUS was the highest office in the land.....so why does POTUS have to obey a judge and this putz and others don't?

I'd invalidate the plea, dismiss all charges, then issue a bench warrant for Muellers arrest.

Daring the judge to do something about it? Is that smart? The only way you'd risk that is if you had no freaking original 302 because it was never supposed to be an official interview, just like Flynn thought - they made it out to be one later when they needed it, thus the need for a after the fact 302.

s it possible there was no original 302.

If that is true, then Mueller is really is much deeper trouble. I think that's so because he's repeatedly made reference to it, and it is for that reason Sullivan demanded to see it. If the 302 doesn't exist and Mueller has cited a fiction all through this case he would likely be disbarred. I've got to believe he has it but doesn't want to produce it and is defying the judge.

We have five chambers of government:
(in descending order of power)

1) Mueller
2) Regulative
3) Judicial
4) Executive
5) Legislative

udicial orders, like laws, are for little people.

Seriously, people -- over the last five years, how many Congressional demands for evidence or documentation, how many judicial orders, have we seen snubbed by people who have no reason to believe there will ever be consequences for their defiance? Orders that you and I would be doing hard time at pound-your-ass prison for defying?

The only solution -- THE ONLY SOLUTION -- is that every one of these ratbastards, and I mean all the way up to Hillary Clinton, be dragged before the tribunal, summarily senrtenced, and the sentence imposed on the spot. I will never have respect for any level of government unless and until I see justice executed upon people whose guilt is glaringly obvious, and I hope you all feel the same way.

Why is Mueller so damned untouchable? And Comey? And Brennan, Clapper, Kerry, the Beast.....

Ya gotta admit, a contempt charge is hardly going to look good for the guy investigating the President for 'collusion'. Sorta brings his evidence as a whole into question, officially.

Flynn withdraws plea, his lawyer immediately moves for mistrial b/c prosecutorial misconduct withholding exculpatory evidence.

Even a retard like me understands this.
