Apparently the gang was not operating in the judge's neighborhood
Ace links to an article in the Boston Herald by Joe Dwinell. A judge in Massachusetts allowed an MS-13 gang member to dodge deportation. A month later he and other members of the gang murdered a teen. Read more here.
