The verdict is in in the Kate Steinle murder. Garcia Zarate had been deported back to Mexico five times after committing felonies in the US. He was acquited of all charges of murder of Kate Steinle. The weapon had been stolen from a federal ranger's marked car. First, he told police that he had twirled around on a chair for at least twenty minutes before he fired. He told the police he had been shooting at sea lions. After killing Kate, he tossed the gun into San Francisco Bay. Then he changed his story and said he picked up a shirt which had the gun inside it, and when he picked up the shirt the gun went off on its own! The jury convicted him only of being a felon in possession of a firearm.
Stefan points out that if a person is in the country illegally, he is not an immigrant. He also points out that someone has determined that 81% of foreign-born Hispanics want bigger government, which he says is the civilization-destroying drug employed by the Democrats.
