Butternut squash!

A hard freeze is predicted for Monday, so we got the whole family out in the field to harvest the butternut squash today. The boys pulled out the iphones for a mixture of rap and Elvis. I liked the Elvis part much better. Here are two shelves full. They will cure for the next couple months in the greenhouse.
