No more kneeling

The Denver Broncos are standing together -- literally and figuratively.

In a statement released Thursday via the team's Twitter account, billed as a "message from our players," the Broncos announced they will not kneel during the national anthem at home on Sunday against the Oakland Raiders -- or at any time going forward.

Although the players don't regret their demonstration in Week 3, as "our voices needed to be heard loud and clear," they've decided "we're a team and we stand together -- no matter how divisive some comments and issues can be, nothing should ever get in the way of that."
