Hillary Clinton and Donald Trump will appear at the same event Wednesday, for the first time this election cycle. Both candidates are scheduled to field questions at the Commander-in-Chief Forum, sponsored by the Iraq and Afghanistan Veterans of America group and moderated by Today host Matt Lauer. Clinton and Trump won't share the stage, but will each have half-hour blocks to make their case; Clinton will appear first, at 8 p.m. ET, to answer questions posed by the veterans and active service members in the audience, and Trump will follow. You can watch the event here.
This blog is looking for wisdom, to have and to share. It is also looking for other rare character traits like good humor, courage, and honor. It is not an easy road, because all of us fall short. But God is love, forgiveness and grace. Those who believe in Him and repent of their sins have the promise of His Holy Spirit to guide us and show us the Way.
