The system isn't working
Ray Henry, Jay Reeves, and Rebecca Santana write for AP about the recent movie theater shooter in Louisiana. In his case, as in the case of James Homes in Aurora, Colorado, and Dylan Storm Roof in Chattanooga, Tennessee, the nation's gun sale monitoring system does not appear to be working any better than any other bureaucratic system.
