Boulder, Colorado wins the best place to live.

For the second year in a row, Boulder, Colorado has been named the best U.S. city to live in. I admit that I lived there in the 1990s and really liked it. It was a very family-oriented place, despite its rampant leftism politically. Another Colorado city where I spent a lot of time also makes it into the top ten: Colorado Springs.
