Democracy is the enemy of socialism, and "islands of totalitarianism"

Dave Rubin's opening remarks: Democracy is the enemy of socialism and Bernie Sanders is trying to have it both ways, by calling himself a Democratic Socialist. Socialists and social justice warriors both have lives of bitter jealousy, because they are based on frowning on achievement and accomplishment and resentment against those who break the mold. They convince themselves that they are oppressed. Creativity, free thought and the pursuit of your own happiness is the antidote to both social justice and socialism.

Next, Dave has a guest named Charlie Kirk. He is a free speech advocate. "If you are in a room where everyone thinks exactly the same, that would be a university." He recently put together a gathering of 2,650 students from all 50 states. His organization is called Turning Point USA. It is for young Americans who love freedom and America and champion free speech. He says campuses are "Islands of Totalitarianism."
