Scott Walker is definitely the hottest GOP candidate who is not yet a candidate. Martha Raddatz subbed for George Stephanopolis on ABC's "This Week" Sunday, and she was gunning for him. The likely Republican presidential contender is riding high after coming out on top of an Iowa GOP poll released Saturday and garnering 47% out of a field of thirteen potential candidates in a poll conducted by the Drudge Report
