Needed: a Commander-in-Chief

Roger L. Simon believes that the most important aspect of choosing a candidate to run in 2016 is to select a Commander-in-Chief. He points out that
This war has been going in for nearly fourteen years in its current phase – about to triple in length World War II.

Simon goes on the enumerate three basic qualities a candidates should have:
1. Someone with a real strategy for how to win. 2. The will to carry out this strategy. 3. The communication skills to bring the country with him.
