Amazing isn't it? And yet Bob this is part of what grew out of the civil rights movement in the south. Remember that poll tax everyone had to pay, the feds made the south stop requiring it or any id because supposedly at that time blacks could not get ids. Hmmm!!! That came back to bite us didn't it?
