In the Daily Caller, Jordan Lancaster tells us that Congress is about to vote a new law requiring persons buying cigarettes (including e-cigarettes) to be 21. My 18-year-old son thinks that would be stupid. He asks me, "Do you realize how many people under the age of 21 are addicted to nicotine? All this will do is increase the number of people in our criminal justice system!"
