In the Washington Examiner, Byron York reminds us of a presidential election 22 years ago in which President Bill Clinton colluded with several representatives of a foreign country (Communist China) who funneled money to him. One of the Chinese men said, "I see the White House is like a subway -- you have to put in coins to open the gates."
