Should we be able to see correspondence between Obama and terrorists?

Ace of Spades features some tweets by Mike Doran, a former National Security Administration staffer. Doran believes the public has a right to see correspondence between members of the Obama administration and terrorist leaders. Doran knows for a fact that the correspondence exists.
