Watters World

Michelle Obama said that women who voted for Trump over Hillary voted against their own voice. Governor Huckabee wonders if that means Michelle voted for Hillary when she ran against Barack Obama!

Tax reform? Huckabee suggests voting on each aspect individually.

Why did the media downplay coverage of the shooting at a church in Tennessee? New York Times put it on page 14. Joe Concha from The Hill pointed out that there was not even one question about it from the press at the daily White House press briefing. Puerto Rico? You had to wait until the 34th question before the subject of Puerto Rico was asked about. The church shooting by an African immigrant didn't fit the desired script of media narratives (African immigrant held at bay by a citizen with a gun until police arrived).

Concha reminds us that when a white man did a mass shooting at a black church (Dylan Roof), the media talked about it for weeks, discovered that he had a Confederate flag in his house, and so the movement to get rid of Confederate flags and statues began.

Is Jane Fonda a victim? Megyn Kelly asked her about her plastic surgeries, something Fonda herself has brought up in the past.
