An historic day for Democrats

I'm reading the morning news, and it appears a historic moment is upon us:

For the first time in American history, a woman who is under active criminal investigation by the FBI, a woman who greased her own political career by leading the charge to destroy the lives and reputations of the many women victimized by her husband, a woman whose name has become synonymous with the tactic of dealing with scandals by causing so many more that eventually people either confuse or forget the scandals, a woman who cannot win a nomination through popular votes but needs crony insider party super delegates who expect favors in return for propping her up against the will of voters...

is now the presumptive presidential nominee of a major American political party.

The same party that gave to the United States a moral defense of slavery, legalized racism, government entitlement programs, institutionalized dependency, and attacks on the Constitution and private property in the name of European-style socialism and communism.

Must be a proud day to be a Democrat!
