No urinals in newly remodeled public building in Portland.

Portland, Oregon has a public building called the Portland building. City officials are remodeling it at a cost to taxpayers of $195,000,000 million dollars. There will be no urinals, but there will be much more pee on the toilet seats. Read all about it here.
