Is it time to decertify California statehood?

In his Morning Report today, JJ Sefton said this:

...California just curb stomped America, Americans and the rule of law by overturning the gun conviction of the five-times deported illegal alien animal who killed Kate Steinle yet was not found guilty of murder. Now out goes the only thing holding him and one assumes he gets to go free. Way past time to decertify California's statehood, dissolve its legislature, remove its Senators and Congressman, reapportion its electoral votes to Oklahoma and Texas, and appoint a territorial governor.
