Did you know that Christopher Steele does not read or write Russian? He also does not speak fluent Russian. Yaacov Apelbaum includes these and many other facts in an article entitled The Mechanics of Deception at a website called apelbaum.wordpress.com. Doug Ross at Director Blue linked today to the article which was originally posted on March 17, 2018. It is incredibly detailed and I am surprised I have not seen any reference to it until today.
