Ted Cruz's f-bomb-dropping opponent

In Texas, Senator Ted Cruz has an energetic, f-bomb-dropping Democrat running hard against him. Politico has a very long article about Democrat Beto O'Rourke.

...he intends to keep up the relentless campaigning. Among other initiatives, O’Rourke is planning a monthlong road trip across the state during the August recess. Cruz will be stuck in Washington because Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell canceled his chamber’s recess. It’s the sort of lucky break O’Rourke will need a lot of in the months ahead.
