Isn't it about time we return to an ability to court-order mentally ill people to hospitalization? The killer in Florida today had been referred to counseling in Alaska. That is different from forced hospitalization. I also think of James Holmes, the crazy killer in the Aurora, Colorado theater shootings. Read more about today's killer here.
