Nothing to see here, folks. Just lots of Hillary's cronies saying their lawyers have advised them not to answer questions, as the answers may expose them to legal peril.

Just another day of Clinton's pre-Administration.

Pagliano, Clinton's illegal IT guy at State, can't invoke the Fifth, as he was granted immunity by the FBI. He therefore cannot be prosecuted for anything he told them (and if he repeats the same thing to Congress, he can't be prosecuted for that, either).

So he just decided to defy the subpoena and not show up at all.
