Green groups warn Democrats not to approve pipeline

Allegedly non-partisan Sierra Club is warning President Obama that if he approves the Keystone Pipeline, it will hurt Democrats chances in the 2014 elections. I guess the Sierra Club is not one of the organizations the IRS is worried about. Kate Colarulli, the associate director for the Sierra Club’s Beyond Oil campaign. “This is a tremendous opportunity to protect the climate and build the Democratic base if Obama rejects Keystone XL.” Excuse me? A non-partisan group wants to "build the democrat base?" Another green group, 350.org, is warning of possible disruption.
