Vietnam War: In Washington, D.C., 250,000-500,000 protesters staged a peaceful demonstration against the war, including a symbolic “March Against Death”. The real deaths occurred after the US abandoned South Viet Nam and the communists took over. 165,000 South Vietnamese died in “Re-education camps” and nobody has a figure for how many “boat people” died trying to escape Communism in rickety vessels. “All we are saying, is give peace a chance”.
