Bipartisan distrust of Washington D.C.
Did you know that wages in the Washington D.C. area are 36 percent higher than the rest of the country? And that the national media has sent 20 of their top luminaries to work directly in the Obama White House? Of the nation's 10 richest counties, seven are in the Washington area.
