It's not just pot. We've got alcohol, too!

Not wanting to be outdone by pot smokers in Denver, a man was arrested in Boulder for riding a horse drunk (he was drunk, not the horse). He was on a 600 mile journey by horseback to attend his brother's wedding in Utah. He couldn't drive, because he has no driver's license (I wonder why that is).
