Should every child have a right to have her own unicorn?

American Taliban convicted murderer John Walker Lindh has a sincere belief that Muslims are to pray together five times a day. There is nothing in the Muslim religous theology that requires that. On Lindh's behalf, the ACLU is asking that Indiana prisons allow the communal prayer five times daily, instead of three times daily, which is currently allowed. The actual theology calls for communal prayers once a week on Friday. So, the ACLU is more Islamist than Islam!

As to the ACLU’s claim that Mr. Lindh’s sincere belief is more important than theology, perhaps the ACLU can advocate for my daughter’s right to have her own unicorn, because it is her sincere belief that unicorns are real.
