60 percent of New Yorkers speak a language other than English in their homes

Albor Ruiz writes in the New York Daily News that New York City
is a city where nearly 40% of the residents are foreign-born, over 60% speak a language other than English at home, and about 20% — or 1,480,072 — of all registered voters are naturalized citizens or the U.S.-born children of immigrants.

  1. English ia the language of hatred and oppression. Naturally we sophisticated enlightened New Yorkers prefer to speak the language of the peoples of color, the language of peace.
