Deciding to stick with Joe

joe is an excellent VP. yes, he puts his foot in his mouth, but his quiet humility caused a stir in china a couple months ago.
What did he do? He ate in an ordinary restaurant. Apparantly, Chinese officials act like Kings when they travel: seeing a US VP eat with the hoi polloi was a new thing for them.
Of course, Joe could probably do the same thing here: few would recognize him and those who did are probably fond of him.
